The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. When our taxi didn't arrive, a gentleman from the hotel personally drove us to the airport. They were extremely friendly and always eager to assist us. The location was convenient with a short 4-minute walk to the tram, which took us to Venice in about 20 minutes. We could even purchase tram tickets at the reception desk. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony, although we didn't spend much time there. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a good temperature shower and a hairdryer.

This hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the tram station that connects to Venice. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great working AC. The staff is extremely helpful and provides detailed instructions on how to reach downtown Venice.

This makes it easy to explore this beautiful city and all its attractions. there is much to see in the direct neighborhood, providing a glimpse into local life. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good selection of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
One downside is that there were some issues with the shower, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The water would splash onto the bathroom floor, making it a bit inconvenient and messy.
